Include the device and browser you used, what you expected, what happened, and any error message. A screenshot is helpful, but avoid sending private artwork or full card information unless you choose to.
Billing help
Use the same email as your ArtPolisher account and include the charge date. Card details are handled by Stripe and should never be emailed.
